3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on war138. 3.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on war138. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds derived from prohibited activity, and permanent ban from the Platform.
3.4 Excluded Persons. Individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion agreement with war138, or who have otherwise been restricted by war138 from accessing the Platform, are not eligible to register or maintain an account. Employees of war138 and their immediate family members are also excluded.

4.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of war138 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all registration information you provide is truthful and accurate. war138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where registration details are found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with KYC documentation.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. war138 will never request your password through any channel. You must notify war138 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4.4 KYC Verification. war138 may require identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal, after a deposit threshold is reached, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian KTP (national identity card), and may extend to proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any Real Funds balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing times, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
5.1 Supported Methods. war138 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):
5.2 Minimum Deposit Amounts. The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 Processing Time. Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your war138 account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. war138 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or network outages.
5.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
5.5 Currency. All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on war138 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign-currency deposits are accepted.
war138 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of war138.
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. To request a withdrawal, you must have: (a) a fully verified account with completed KYC documentation; (b) a Real Funds balance of at least Rp 50.000; and (c) satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds included in the requested amount.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. war138 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are ordinarily processed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Requests submitted during scheduled bank maintenance windows or public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. war138 will communicate any anticipated delays via the support channel.
6.4 Withdrawal Review. war138 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. This includes, but is not limited to, requests that exceed a defined threshold, accounts with unusual betting patterns, or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC. war138 may request supplementary documentation and will communicate such requirements promptly.
6.5 Fees. war138 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside war138's control and are the Member's responsibility.
7.1 General. war138 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major football tournaments including the Piala AFF and UEFA Champions League. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types (including, but not limited to, specific togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bet formats and low-margin casino games) may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals derived from those funds, and may lead to permanent account suspension:
7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. war138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect a promotion in which a Member has already made a qualifying deposit or bet in reasonable reliance on the original terms.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets and wagers placed on war138 are subject to availability and acceptance by the Platform. war138 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where an event has already commenced, where odds are clearly erroneous, or where account-level restrictions are in place.
8.2 Erroneous Odds. In the event that odds are published due to a manifest technical error or human error, war138 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of the settlement outcome displayed. Members will be notified and Real Funds staked on voided bets will be returned to the account balance.
8.3 Sports Betting. Our sportsbook offers markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, e-sports, and other sporting disciplines. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the ticket to win; a single void leg reduces the ticket to the remaining selections.
8.4 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time price availability. war138 uses automated systems to suspend markets during significant game events (goals, red cards, set completions). Bets accepted just before an automatic suspension are valid if confirmed by the system prior to the triggering event.
8.5 Togel Markets. The togel lottery section operates on published draw schedules for Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau markets. 8.6 Casino and RNG Games. 11.2 war138 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events; (b) erroneous odds published due to data feed errors from third-party providers; (c) delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors; (d) unauthorized access to a Member's account where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
11.3 In no event shall war138's aggregate liability to any Member, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the total Real Funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits war138's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
12.1 All content on the war138 Platform — including but not limited to the war138 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of war138 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from war138.
12.3 Game content is owned by and licensed from the respective studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). All rights in those titles are reserved to their respective owners.

14.3 Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by the arbitrator having regard to the international nature of the Platform. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
14.4 Bet Settlement Disputes. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a specific bet or wager must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators. war138 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and maintains compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards.

16.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
16.3 The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date shown in the page header, is always the binding version. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting Customer Support.
